24 - 1 small piece red bell pepper (for wattle)
25 - 1 small triangle yellow cheese (for beak)

# How to Make It:

01 - Position the mini pumpkin or gourd at the bottom center of a large wooden board to serve as the turkey's body.
02 - Fan sliced prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey breast above the pumpkin, alternating colors and textures to simulate tail feathers.
03 - Display assorted sliced and cubed cheeses in arcs radiating outward from the turkey body to evoke wheat field rows.
04 - Arrange whole wheat and multigrain crackers along with baguette slices in lines or curves around cheeses to resemble wheat stalks.
05 - Scatter clusters of green and red grapes, apple and pear slices, as well as dried apricots and cranberries throughout the board artistically.
06 - Fill remaining spaces with roasted almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and fresh rosemary sprigs for color and texture.
07 - Insert pretzel sticks at the edges and among cheeses and fruits to emphasize wheat stalk effects.
08 - Attach black olives as eyes, red bell pepper as wattle, and yellow cheese triangle as beak to the front of the pumpkin using toothpicks if necessary.
09 - Serve promptly or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to present.
