01 - 3 large pita breads
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

05 - 3 ripe avocados
06 - 1 small red onion, finely diced
07 - 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
08 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F and prepare for baking.
02 - Cut each pita bread into 8 triangle pieces and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
03 - Brush both sides of pita triangles with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and smoked paprika if using.
04 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once midway, until golden and crisp. Remove and allow to cool.
05 - Halve the avocados, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork to desired texture.
06 - Incorporate diced red onion, tomato, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until well blended. Adjust seasoning as needed.
