# How to Make It:

- Slice each mini bagel in half horizontally and place cut-side up on a large platter, arranging them to form five interlocking Olympic rings.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Separate the cream cheese mixture evenly into five small bowls. To each, add one topping corresponding to the ring color—black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red peppers, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring—and blend until incorporated.
- Spread each colored cream cheese mixture generously over two bagel halves, matching the colors to the Olympic ring positions.
- Arrange the decorated bagels on the platter to replicate the overlapping Olympic rings formation.
- Top each ring with a fresh basil leaf and optionally sprinkle edible gold dust or sesame seeds to simulate medal shine.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to present.
