04 - Add a heaping tablespoon of whipped topping over the pudding in each cup, smoothing lightly.
05 - Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of crushed cookie crumbs over the whipped topping in each cup.
06 - Gently press a marshmallow bunny Peeps into each cup so it stands upright in the dirt layer.
07 - Decorate each cup with candy-coated chocolate eggs and sprinkle green-tinted coconut around the bunny to resemble grass if desired.
08 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • No oven required, just mix, layer, and you're done in fifteen minutes flat.
  • Kids can help with nearly every step, which transforms dessert prep into quality time instead of a solo kitchen task.
  • The combination of smooth chocolate pudding, crunchy cookie dirt, and creamy topping hits every texture craving at once.
02 -
  • Don't skip the five-minute sit time for the pudding after whisking—it truly needs those minutes to reach the right consistency, or your layers will slide into each other.
  • If your whipped topping is still partially frozen when you layer, it'll hold up better and create a firmer barrier between the pudding and cookies than if it's completely melted soft.
03 -
  • Crush your cookies the day before if you're prepping for a party—they stay perfectly fine in a sealed container and save you time when everything else is hectic.
  • If you can't find marshmallow Peeps close to Easter, chocolate bunny candies or even regular marshmallows shaped into bunny ears work just as well and honestly look more elegant.
