06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

09 - 1 small avocado, sliced
10 - 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash the cucumber and trim both ends. Using a mandoline slicer or vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthwise into long, thin strips. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
03 - Lay cucumber strips flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned cream cheese evenly along each strip.
04 - Place a slice of turkey or ham over the cream cheese. Add red bell pepper julienne or avocado slices if desired for added flavor and texture.
05 - Carefully roll each cucumber strip into a tight spiral, placing seam side down on a serving platter. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
