06 - 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

08 - 4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch diameter (use gluten-free if needed)
09 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
11 - Olive oil spray
# How to Make It:
01 - In a bowl, combine shredded turkey with buffalo wing sauce and melted butter, stirring until fully coated.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing on each.
03 - Distribute shredded lettuce, julienned carrot, sliced celery, and red onion evenly over the ranch layer on each tortilla.
04 - Spoon the buffalo turkey mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle each wrap with shredded cheese.
05 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
06 - Lightly coat the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.
07 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
08 - Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp.
09 - Allow wraps to cool for 2 minutes, slice in half, and serve immediately.
