01 - 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread

02 - 4.2 oz Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 small crisp apple (such as Granny Smith), thinly sliced
04 - 2 tbsp honey

05 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

06 - 2 small strips roasted red bell pepper (for flame)

# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
