01 - 7 oz sliced deli turkey breast
→ Filling (Optional)
02 - 4 tbsp cream cheese or herbed cheese spread
03 - 8 thin cucumber sticks
04 - 8 thin red bell pepper strips
→ Garnish
05 - Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Lay the sliced turkey flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
02 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each slice if desired.
03 - Place two cucumber sticks and two red bell pepper strips at one end of each slice.
04 - Roll each turkey slice tightly around the filling to form roll-ups.
05 - Stack roll-ups neatly on a plate or platter and garnish with chopped chives or parsley if preferred. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
