09 - 1 ounce dark chocolate, 70% cocoa or higher, shaved
10 - Extra strawberries for garnish, optional
11 - Fresh mint leaves, optional

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
02 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after the first hour to prevent clumping.
03 - In a separate bowl, toss sliced strawberries with lemon juice and honey or maple syrup. Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
04 - Once the chia pudding has thickened, spoon half into serving glasses.
05 - Layer with half of the macerated strawberries. Repeat with remaining pudding and strawberries.
06 - Sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings and garnish with extra strawberries or mint if desired.
