A vibrant nacho dish layered with seasoned beef, beans, cheeses, and fresh accents shaped like a soccer field.
# What Goes In:
→ Meat & Beans
01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
03 - 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
04 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
→ Chips & Base
05 - 10 oz sturdy tortilla chips
→ Cheese
06 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
→ Toppings & Field Decorations
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream
09 - 2 ripe avocados, mashed
10 - 1/2 cup prepared salsa
11 - 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
12 - 1 small red bell pepper, diced
13 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
14 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons water into beef; cook for 2 minutes. Add black beans and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.
04 - Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large rimmed baking sheet or serving platter in a rectangular shape resembling a soccer field.
05 - Evenly spoon the beef and bean mixture over the chips. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on top.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Allow nachos to cool slightly. Spread mashed avocado in a smooth layer over the cheese, leaving a border of visible chips to mimic a soccer field.
08 - Place sour cream into a piping or zip-top bag, snip a small corner, and pipe field lines, goal boxes, and the center circle over the guacamole.
09 - Use diced red bell pepper for corner flags, sliced black olives for players, and cherry tomatoes with cilantro to represent the crowd and field accents.
10 - Serve immediately with prepared salsa on the side.
