07 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
08 - 1.1 oz pistachios, roughly chopped

10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, black pepper, and orange zest until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center and use the wrap to mold it into a cone or triangular shape resembling a Christmas tree.
03 - Place the shaped cheese onto a serving platter and smooth the surface gently with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
04 - Press chopped cranberries, pistachios, and pomegranate seeds onto the cheese surface, allowing some areas to remain exposed to create visual contrast.
05 - Sprinkle finely chopped rosemary and parsley over the cheese tree for vibrant color and aroma.
06 - Add extra rosemary sprigs to mimic pine needles and scatter flaky sea salt evenly across the surface.
07 - Surround the cheese tree with assorted crackers and, optionally, vegetable crudités to complete the presentation.
08 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm the shape or serve immediately if preferred.
