# How to Make It:
- Arrange 8 clear cups with 6 to 8 ounce capacity on a clean work surface for layering.
- Dissolve red gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cold water and mix thoroughly. Divide mixture evenly between cups, using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Position cups at a slight angle using a muffin tin or similar support. Refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until completely set.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over gelatin and stir continuously until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once red layer is firm, position cups upright. Carefully pour white layer mixture over red layer, distributing approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Place cups upright in refrigerator and chill for 45 to 60 minutes until firmly set.
- Dissolve blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Cool mixture to room temperature before proceeding.
- Once white layer is completely firm, gently pour blue gelatin mixture over white layer, using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Refrigerate cups upright for at least 2 hours until completely set throughout.
- Top each cup with whipped cream and fresh blueberries and strawberries if desired. Serve chilled.
