01 - 2 ripe peaches, diced
02 - 1 medium tomato, diced
03 - 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
04 - ¼ small red onion, finely diced
05 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
07 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ½ teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
→ To Serve
10 - Grilled fish fillets (4 portions, any firm white fish, optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Prepare all fruits and vegetables: Dice the peaches and tomato, finely chop the jalapeño (removing seeds for less heat), and finely dice the red onion.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peaches, tomato, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
03 - Add the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and, if desired, honey or agave syrup.
04 - Gently toss all ingredients until evenly mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
05 - Let the salsa sit for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
06 - Spoon the salsa generously over freshly grilled fish fillets or serve on the side.
